Special Highley Varlet Winter Hats!
The hats are all USA made, dead stock hats that we bought at a very cool bulk vintage and dead stock store in North Jersey.
The patches are made in midtown NYC at an embroidery factory that is located in the Ed Sullivan Theater building and they're sewn on by Jessi.
